By participating, you grant GENSÈS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share submitted content for:

You may request content removal where reasonable and applicable.

Harass, abuse, or harm other participants or staff
Misuse or disrupt systems or automations
Attempt to access or manipulate data or tracking systems

4. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by GENSÈS—including training content, templates, systems, workflows, and documentation—remain the intellectual property of GENSÈS.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal or internal business purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.

By participating in GENSÈS Services, you agree to receive SMS and email communications related to your participation, including:

Reminders
Notifications
System messages

6. Disclaimers & No Guarantees
GENSÈS provides educational, strategic, and system-based tools designed to support business and creator growth.
However, we do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to:
Revenue or income
Audience growth
Engagement metrics
Business performance outcomes
Your results depend on your own execution, consistency, and external factors.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
GENSÈS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability, if any, is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Services at any time if a participant:

Termination may result in loss of access to Services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
